Pacific Kitchen & Home Delivery is a JOKE

We purchased a $3500 worth of Kitchen Aid appliance.  Waited 3 weeks for the delivery today.  Given us a 7am to 1pm time range initially.  We waited for the 3 weeks and just after 10am; Geek called that the road closed and they can't come today.  Wow, what road were they on?  Our electricians were able to get to our place about the same time Best buy did.  Obviously the electricians had no issue with any road closure.  Pacific Kitchen & Home suck big time, wonder why Bestbuy owns such company.  The manager we spoke to in delivery department was a joke either.

Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums. That is a lot of money to spend on appliances, and I'm sorry they didn't arrive as expected.

 

Was this purchase made at a stand-along Pacific Sales location, or was it made online or in a Pacific Sales within a normal Best Buy store? That will help me determine what our next steps will be here in trying to get this delivery completed as quickly as possible.

Hello Kyle,

 

It was purchased in a Best Buy store with a sale associate.  Several managers were made to be awared of the situation last Saturday.  Later of the day, we received emails to reschedule the delivery and I choose next Saturday again.  I can't take time off from work for making weekday delivery for an unreliable delivery team like this.  If there were so many delivery complaints, Best Buy corporate office should do something - to restructure the Delivery department or to lose businesses.
