Ordered a $4k TV two weeks ago, never came received no call

I purchased an LG G2 77" TV for $4000 a month ago, the first TV was delivered and died 10 days later.<br><br>So we did a replacement order two weeks ago. I'm a total tech member, so they suggested doing a replacement, so we scheduled the replacement for October 22nd.<br><br>I received multiple phone calls and texts telling me the tv was on the way and to have everything out of the way, and a place for the delivery guys to park.<br><br>I waited the entire day, received no call or text other than to tell me they would arrive at 1:25pm Saturday.<br><br>They never came.<br><br>I received no call, nothing.<br><br>It took 4 phone calls to speak with anyone who could even reschedule.<br><br>Turns out all they rescheduled was them taking the old TV away, and now they can't schedule when my new TV will be brought because it's still "in transit."<br><br>Best buy has charged me over $7300 currently, and I have a broken tv and they've apparently lost my new TV.<br><br>What is actually going on here? Why can't I get any answers from anyone?

I'm literally 2 seconds away from canceling everything and returning everything I've bought from Best buy and just buying the tv from Amazon, who won't just disappear and not deliver my TV on the day I've been told 20 times it's going to be delivered.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on our forums.  Although, I do wish it were under different circumstances.  We try and make all our delivery purchases and installations as smooth and easy as possible.  So, seeing an experience like this is never something we want to see and I appreciate you taking the time to bring it to our attention.  I see that you also sent a private message and I would be more than happy to help continue working with you there, in hopes we can get you resolution as quick as possible.

Anyone who comes across this. Don't ever buy an expensive TV from Best buy.

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen.

They charged me $8000, and the first TV broke in 10 days, I waited two weeks for the new one to come, they tell me it's going to arrive in 30 minutes and then nothing.

No call, no text, nothing. I waited on the phone for 46 minutes last night just to get in touch with customer service, as a total tech member, this is absurd.

NEVER buy a warranty from Best buy and NEVER become a total tech member.

Now they're trying to move my appointment to November 2nd. After I've waited two weeks to get my TV on the 22nd, and they want me to wait another 12 days lol. Never buy ANYTHING from Best Buy. Worst company I've ever bought anything from. I've spent $8600 at this company in one month, and in a total tech member. You should be embarrassed to work for them.
