Ordered a refrigerator in July 2020 - with a 2 week delivery. Scheduled for 1st week of August. The day before the Monday delivery I was called to say it was on the truck and would need to be rescheduled for Thursday. On Wednesday, 8 hours again before delivery, they called to say it was suddenly backordered until September.
They provided a number to call. I was told I would receive a callback in 30 minutes. It is now 1 hour. I assume the callback will also be September.
This might be a one off issue - except my buy online pickup in store (COVID) was lost when went to pick up. And my dishwasher hose delivery came with an oven. Yes they tried to deliver an oven. Dishwasher eventually came.
And everytime I call - it's 'Thank you Denise for being one of our ELITE customers'. I beleive they mean 'stupid'.
