Order never received

On Jan 9th I purchased an 86 inch tv a sound bar and a tv stand. I was promised delivery on Jan 22nd. Order never came and no-one ever called
.I rescheduled for Jan 29th and same thing happened. I went to store and explained that my wife and I both lost 2 days of work. The earliest they could reschedule was Feb 14th. I cancelled both the order and my total tech membership. I tried calling and was transferred and discontinued. You have lost a loyal customer. Lets see if anyone even responds to this.

I am through with Best buy. Connd was very professional and delivered yesterday on time. The whole process was flawless. When companies get too big they forget how they were able to get to that point.
