Order details claim completed

As title says, it says my delivery is completed in my details. However it's been 2 hours outside the delivery window and I still haven't received it. Customer service had assured me I'd hear from the agent very soon. But I've still yet to receive a single update or notification from Best Buy since placing the order on the 9th.
