Order #{Removed Per Forum Guidelines} Says delivered but was never received

Hello ,

 

I placed an order for a TV online on December 3rd order #{removed per forum guidlines}. It offered free delivery to my home and I made an appointment to do so, I had no other option besides picking it up from the store and I was ill at the time so I selected delivery.

 

The TV never showed up on the scheduled date Decemeber 7th. Since then I have been contacting Best Buy support and have been given the run around, I have the following reference numbers for supports cases that were supposed to be escalated {removed per forum guidlines}, {removed per forum guidlines}.

 

I have requested tracking information for this order and was told I receive it within 24 hours and also I would be receiving updates via email. This never happened, I have asked to speak to a manager this has never happened. I have not been forced to dispute the charge on my credit card.

 

Your app now says the order was delivered back on the 7th which is not the case at all. I have not received this item. At this point I want my money refunded, I took multiple days off of work to be home for the scheduled delivery and the TV never arrived this is totally unacceptable

Thank you for posting about your experience with a missing TV delivery. What you describe is certainly unique and not the experience we would want for any customer. I can only imagine what it would feel like to see your order update to "complete" when you did not accept a delivery at your home.
