I purchased a gas stove with delivery online, scheduled for delivery on Saturday, 8/3. When the plumber arrived, he told us that the stove would not be able to be installed because it would violate code (the height from my cabinets to the countertop was too low). They told us they would return the stove for us the next day and promptly left. However, when I log into my account, I now see that the status of my order is now "delivered" when in fact it is not.
Could someone help with looking into this?

Welcome to our forums! Getting a new stove should be an exciting time, but from what it sounds like, so far your experience hasn't quite lived up to that. It is good to see that the installer caught that there wasn't enough space between the cabinets and stove, as that could certainly have posed a greater problem in the future if they had proceeded.
I'd be happy to look into why the order was marked as delivered when it had not been with you. Can you please send me a private message with your name, phone number, email address, and the order number?

Thanks for supplying that information, Mai. I'm currently in contact with one of our support teams to see if they can assist with reviewing what happened. I'll keep you posted with any updates I receive.
