Order Delivery Complaint

I bought a Samsung Washing Machine during the Labor Day Sale online for my daughter on June 27th {removed per forum guidelines}.  The delivery was scheduled on Saturday, July 11th.  My daughter took off work for the delivery.  Best Buy then e-mailed us on that Saturday and said to reschedule (apparently, Best Buy didn't have the washing machine) - we patiently rescheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd.  Again, my daughter took off for delivery.  They had a washing machine on the truck but it was severely damaged.  So Best Buy took it back after setting up our dryer.  Now, Best Buy is telling me they can't deliver another washing machine until late August.  It's very disappointing to have to wait 2 months for an order, especially when Best Buy didn't acknowledge they were out of stock.  I had no option but to cancel the order and pay $400 more at Lowes (now that Labor Day sales are over).  After a long history with Best Buy, I will not be purchasing from you again and I will be warning others as well.  There were no apologies, no discounts, nothing for our trouble.  Very disappointed.

While I'm disappointed to hear that the decision was made to cancel this order, I can understand wanting to get this washing machine as quickly as possible.
