I have been having problems getting my dishwasher out of the "in transit" mode. I have called my Best Buy every day for a over a week trying to solve this. I even drove to the store and every single time they say "give it 24 hours" and we'll be able to reschedule the delivery. Well, I've been waiting since Friday, August 2th for that "24 hour period" to be up! How can there be 40 of my dishwasher type in stock in Chicago and yet no one can seem to get my dishwasher to me in Milwaukee??? I am beyond frusterated with the customer service I've received so far. I really don't feel like I should have to keep taking time out of my day, EVERY SINGLE DAY to keep calling about an item that I should already have, since I ordered it back on July 10th! Please let me know who I need to contact to get this solved, if you can't help me.

I am not a fan of doing dishes by hand. I can understand wanting to get your new dishwasher delivered and installed as soon as possible.
