Open box nightmare

I purchased an open box front load washer. Installers came and installed no issues. First wash, I came back to my basement flooded. Store and delivery team have been great. Corporate has been awful and still have not been contacted by Sedgwick about my claim.

As someone who has dealt with their own basement flooding, I can certainly understand where you are coming from here. If you are looking for an update on your Sedgwick property damage claim, you should be able to obtain this update by emailing your information, including your claim number, to Bestbuyclaims@sedgwick.com.
