Open Box Misrepresentation

I purchased a WM4000HWA washing machine in the Colerain, Ohio Best Buy yesterday. The sticker said it had a dent/gouge (it did have a small one).

After I got it home, I found that it also had a leak in the drain hose that had been attempted to be patched with caulk and electric tape. So, first misrepresentation: there were additional problems with it.

Second, the Best Buy website states, "...most open-box products include all parts and accessories (exceptions are noted as part of the product's condition)." When I got it home, I find that part of the hose (the U-shaped bend) was missing, as well as the shipping bolts (which the manual explicitly said must be installed for shipping) and the shipping bolts covers. Since none of these were listed as missing, this was a misrepresentation also. I might have bought it even with the missing parts, but I would like to have been told up front.

I spoke with the a store manager, and he was kind and helpful, but apparently Best Buy doesn't carry the drain hose. I doubt that LG will cover this under warranty, because it was really more refurbished than open box. Returning the washer is not an option; I needed time off work, a friend's help, and a borrowed dolly to get it to my house.

I'm very disappointed at how the washing machine was described versus what is actually wrong with it. I'm fine with cosmetic issues, but I can't even operate it without buying a replacement drain hose and taking the machine apart to install it (per a YouTube video, it's an extensive process).

I appreciate whatever help you can provide to make the situation right.
