Online purchase NOT delivered and can't be cancelled?!?!

Never ever ever EVER buying at best buy again. Ordered a fridge on the 12th to be delivered and installed, they never called the night before with a shorter wait time, so my husband waited from 7am to 1pm and no one ever showed up. After calling them about it a second time, they say they don't know what's going on and will contact us first thing in the morning at the latest, which of course never happened. We then place the order with Lowe's and call Best Buy on the 13th to cancel the order - turns out they can't cancel it because it's in "transit." Today is the 18th, and the order is still in transit and still not able to be cancelled. I have called 3 times so far, and every time I call they ask for another 24 to 48hrs to escalate the issue and assure me a store manager will contact me and that never happens. Beyond upset at this as the credit card expires soon, and to no one's surprise, Best Buy already collected the money for the order (I can't call the credit card to have them cancel the charge anymore because of that). I just got off the phone with 2 very unhelpful customer service agents that told me I need to be patient and wait until the issue is escalated - they've been escalating this for nearly a week now. They also give the impression that they don't know where the product is as every time I call I have to tell them it was never delivered in the first place.

Someone please fix this issue!!
