One failure after the next. Delivery fail, customer service fail, failure all around.

The past month dealing with BEST BUY has been a complete and utter failure of an order of magnitude I have rarely witnessed much less had to deal with.

 

This has been capped with a complete failure to communicate anything regarding a delivery that I spent the day waiting for. I did have other things I needed to accomplish with my time. No communication what so ever, no email, no phone call. 

 

I want to return my purchase in total and be done with this company. If you don't care, throw in the towel.
