I purchased a Samsung Gas Dryer , paid for installation (Regulated) , Old dryer pick up and Door reversal (free) .
During delivery, the installers asked for additional $400 for installation. They gave a laundry list of items that need to be replaced for code compliance .
Rejected installation and they just dropped it and left
I got it installed by a plumber (at half the cost of what your installers quoted)
Now I need the dryer door reversal AND old dryer pick up
The store was able to schedule the door reversal but could not schedule old dryer pickup
I contacted your chat helpline and they asked me to contact Geek Squad.
Contacted Geek Squad chat and your representative is busy trying to sell a protection plan instead of scheduling a pick up of old dryer .
Can someone help with scheduling a pick up of the old dryer ? I have already paid for the service.
Or at least refund the amount I paid for pick up . I will then arrange for some other company to pick up though that will cost more

I agree that if you pay for the door reversal and haul away, you should certainly receive those services. Hi Thanks for your response. I tried contacting Geek Squad through chat and they were busy trying to sell me a protection plan rather than helping me resolve the issue.
Is their anyway you can refund me the cost if I PM you the order number ?
I am done with this and will arrange for a third party to pick up the old dryer

I hear you about wanting to cancel the service instead of rescheduling. Depending on how the order was placed and the current order status, there may be systems or tool limitations that could prevent me from simply cancelling for you.
