OVER $400 DOLLARS OUT AND THEY OFFER ME A JOKE.

For over 10 years my family has purchase appliances and computers and televisions from Best Buy. Let me tell you about how when I purchase/invest in the company with over $1200 TV during a pandemic, they not only make me take two days off of work unexpectedly which costs me over $400 from my paycheck but furthermore earn me a write up as I only have certain amount of days I’m suppose to take off on my phone contract with the company which are suppose to be requested a month prior. Delivery never comes; no calls or texts. I’m falling constantly getting different case ID open. (Side note: find out next day that it’s because my device never made it to the warehouse even though the customer service I talked to the day of, said they were on their way but were delayed) They tell me multiple times a Supervisor would call me back. Nothing. A week here later I’m still the one who had to keep reaching out until finally got someone. They tell me with the least of concern and the fakest apologetic voice “we can give you a $175 gift card but that’s it because your incident is not worth more”!!!! The audacity. A supervisor to determine not only that low number but call it “my incident worth”. The tv arrived 2 days ago with also stand missing so I have a tv I really really want to shove back at them but the supervisor said “well we can place order of return but then your case will be closed and you will not get anything”. I am sooooooo furious. I want to yell and scream at the unprofessional manner this has been taken care of, if even. I WANT THE MONEY YOU ALL LOST ME and if yo I want your freaking tv by all means, come and get it by im not losing another day of work for your disgusting negligence and abuse of my time, money, and causing me trouble at work when we are in the middle of a pandemic and jobs are scarce. Shame on you all. I DONT WANT NO GIFT CARD TO ONLY LOSE MORE MONEY ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HE A “free” DELIVERY.

Do you have any questions in particular as to why you asked me to private message you? Although my vocabulary is abysmal since at the time I was so upset and typing from my phone didn’t help. However, I think my post it’s pretty self-explained.

Best Buy just told us

“We do not offer compensations for customers TIME or their EXPERIENCE with us”

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. SAME PRICES YOU CAN GET FROM WALMART/BRANDMART AND THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
