I bought a refrigerator in October. They brought me the wrong one. Later they delivered a second one but did not install the ice maker and it leaked all over the floor behind the refrigerator and under the subfloor and ruined my floor and possible floor under the cabinet. The second refrigerator does not work and does not get cold. I have had food poisoning two times since october. It has ruined hundreds of dollars in food and I am sick of this.
I have been told a third refrigerator will arrive on the fifteenth DEC 15 and it better arrive. I was told an insurance adjuster would be out in three weeks. It is now December. The floor is rolled and cuts your feet. I want a solution to this issue immediately. I am completely disgusted with Best Buy.
