I have tried two days in now and have been on hold for over 2 hours each time. I ordered a dishwasher on August 30 with delivery to happen yesterday. Delivery called and warned me that Best Buy sent an "open box" machine to be installed even though we purchased a new in box. Delivery told us we need to call the 800 line to get a refund or find out if a new dishwasher would be sent. After two hours on hold yesterday, the representative told me I had to call back today to resolve. I have been on hold over 2 1/2 hours today, with no answer. This is extremely frustrating!
