Customer support is no help in my dryer delivery as no one can get a hold of the delivery company (on hold for HOURS with the delivery company with no answer from them for the Best Buy agent).
No help from customer service, supervisors or managers, and considering this issue is 2.5 months old now with no resolution, I need to speak with someone at BB headquarters.
Anyone have a number and email that I can speak with someone who actually has the authority to fix an issue?
