No update on kitchen damage claim because of leaking dishwasher installation

We opened a claim with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. back in March 2019 as our newly bought Bosch dishwasher was incorrectly installed. It used to leak from behind and the water damaged our wood cabinets and caused mold in various places. Initially a person was appointed for this claim and they asked us for photos of the damage which we provide same day.


It has been now almost 5 months and we have not heard any update from Sedgwick Claims Management Services. I have been trying to contact all these months repeatedly via email and phone and no one aswers. I even escalated and called the person's manager for an update but no use.


The very last update I got was that the person handling our claim has been moved to some other department.


I am not sure what to do next as it literally caused us lot of damage.

An official member of our Social Media team should be reaching out to you as quickly as possible. 

I wanted to ask if you have also tried calling in to Geek Squad to request that an update be sent to the Sedgwick management team to ask that you be contacted? The number for this would be 1-800-433-5778 (1-800-GEEK-SQUAD).


While Sedgwick does not provide direct updates to Best Buy, our associates can send an email to request that you be contacted by a member of their management team or be assigned to a new adjustor. The associate on the phone will need your phone number and claim number which should start with a "3019" and end with "001".
