No update on TV not being delivered

I purchased a TV to be installed and delivered to my home 9/17. I received no notification that it was not being delivered or update on my app order status as it kept showing up that it was getting delivered 9/17. I called Best Buy and was told my order had to be rescheduled for three weeks. What was most disappointing is that no one called to inform me of this. If I had not called when would they have delivered my TV? If someone at Best Buy canceled my order why didn’t they call to reschedule or even tell me they canceled it instead I waited until 9/17 the day of my delivery to find out it wasn’t happening… and it was because I reached out. Extremely disappointed with how my order was handled in the back end.

While we wish our introduction were under better circumstances, we are glad that you’ve reached out to us for help. This is certainly not the type of experience we wanted you to have.  I can only imagine how frustrating this was to discover your television wasn’t going to be delivered as you anticipated.
