No show repair first, then no reasonable repair dates

I called to have a repair scheduled they booked it for me and the repair company never showed. I waited all day. No call, nothing.
I was told to call back the next day to schedule a new repair date. Why? Why couldn’t they just rebook while I was on hold for 2 hours?! so today I’m on hold for hours again. My washer is not working. This is the same problem they already came out to repair before. That failed again.... I can’t be without for a week to get service on this. I’ve been on hold all day, no resolution. No reasonable days available, no options given, I paid for this protection plan. I should not be put through this to use it. I arranged to be home all day test for a no show and now they can’t get it rebooked?! I have to call back to schedule it? Why?! Why all of this?

Re: No show repair first, then no reasonable repair dates

Hi, Kaygrace!

Thank you for joining our online community and posting for support. I hate to hear that your washer repair never happened, as I can imagine the inconvenience this must have caused as you were waiting all day for the team to arrive. I know how important it is to have this kind of appliance working properly in a home. We'd expect you to receive the best support moving forward with a new appointment, and it saddens me to learn you've had difficulty getting assistance. I'm hoping I can help now.

To start, please send me a private message including your full name, email, phone number, and order number. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.

All the best,

Re: No show repair first, then no reasonable repair dates

When I explained to the rep who called me about this yesterday, that she didn’t resolve any of the issues I was calling about, she hung the call on me. I am handling scheduling the appointment through the third party myself currently. And it will be over a week of no working washer by the time they come out and do the repair, assuming they have the correct part on hand. Combined with terrible customer service and resolution, this has been handled terribly.
