No show on Delivery

We ordered an elliptical machine through Best Buy to be delivered and installed. We booked the appointment 2 weeks in advance for a 7-1 window. I received the confirmation call last night that it would delivered and put together. We sat in the house more than half the day waiting for someone to show up. We received no call from anyone and nobody showed up. I reached out to an associate on the TotalTech line and he was unable to give me any information. We had to reschedule for the 15th now, but who know if they will show up then. There is no oversight to track where or when your installation will occur. Even the employee I spoke with had no helpful advice.
