Does any have sucess of claims completed by Sedgwick ?
One of the guy came to install a hometheater system , made a big damage in my attic which is close to kitchen area in few days back , it is safty issue for us. Geek squad agent gave me a claim number which was reported in Sedgwick. I try to reach them in two different numbers (one is direct claim processer number and other one general contact
1 855 832 1338). But no luck of response from them so far. Its been 4 days so far without any response.
Now i am concerning because of safty of the issue i have, is that really sedgwick is going to address ornot, who is responsisble from Best buy for speedup this clam in best buy ?
