My wife and I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher this past September from Best Buy, who also did the installation. Two weeks later, the lights in our kitchen blew a fuse and we noticed significant damage to the floors and walls in the adjacent family room. We discovered that the unit had been leaking for two weeks. We immediately contacted Best Buy, who then replaced the unit. However, Best Buy's insurance company has yet to return any one of the dozens of messages we have left. Not one. What do we have to do to get a human being to respond to us???

If you haven’t received a claim number, I recommend contacting Sedgwick Claims Management Services to file a claim. Sedgwick is the insurance company that underwrites Best Buy claims for property damage that can occur during home deliveries, and to begin the claim process, you’ll want to call 1-800-620-7409.
