I had been trying to get a hold to sedwick, I got a letter on June 30th that they had been trying to reach me by phone which is NOT TRUE, I had been calling waiting for up to 42 min in the line, then the line just drops, I have called every single day the person in the signature on the letter left messages with no response, sent an email every three days with NO response. What can Best Buy do in regards of this Terrible Customer Service?
