To whom it may concern. I can get a reply from Sedgwick they have my claim number, pictures of damages from your delivery drivers. This has been ongoing since July. They will not return my emails nor calls. I want this esclated by Best Buy.

As you mentioned, damage claims are handled by our partner Sedgwick Claims Management Services. Because of this, Best Buy will be unable to review or provide an update on the status of your claim. With that said, I can certainly reach out and see if an update is available regarding this claim.
