I'm a bit frustrated, to put it lightly. I have been scouring for weeks, MONTHS really for an instock item. Best buy had it miraculously on 7/9/2020 with ability to schedule delivery to my home 7/21/2020. SO, bought in to the promise and bought it.
I am getting text messages theres a delay. I call in and am told, "we got more orders than we could fill". wait WHAT? Isn't it 2020? Does Best Buy not use COMPUTERS for inventory and orders?
Online it shows a delivery still of 7/21/2020. After a lovely, read the sarcasim, 80 plus minute call with at least 3 employees, they THINK Best Buy can find the item. They don't know.
I asked online in the online chat YESTERDAY about the status of my item because reserving item didn't seem promising. I was told , NOT TO WORRY MA'AM. It is coming.
Do you all buy from yourself with these kinds of communication and empty delivery promises? Where do you Best Buy employees who know better about your practices buy your items? I want to buy from there too.
Can someone please tell me when I will know IF my "in stock " item will actually be able to be in stock. Thank you!
