No one answers phone

I ordered a refrigerator online last Sunday. Tried to cancel it 45 minutes later because I ordered the wrong one. Stayed on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Then called back and waited 40 minutes. Then called back and waited 25 minutes and someone told me that they have to transfer me and it would be a 2 hour wait at that time
Decided to keep the refrigerator for my sanity
The delivery company came with my refrigerator on Thursday. They said they needed 4 guys to remove my old one so they couldn’t take it out or drop off the new one. But that Someone would call me back later that night to schedule a new appointment. No one ever called me
On Monday I called and waited on hold. Gave my number for a call back and no one called me
This morning I called 2 times already and still waiting for my call back.
This is not normal. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Why don’t you answer your phones Best Buy???
And where is my refrigerator

We always want our deliveries to happen without any issues since we know how exciting getting a new appliance can be. I hate to hear that this hadn't been your experience and that you still haven't been able to get your new fridge. 


I would suggest calling our dedicated Appliance Delivery Line at (800) 304-1259 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT. They should be able to get things squared away for you so that your fridge can be delivered as soon as possible.
