I purchased a car stereo, backup camera, and installation accessories online. It was advertised as having "Free Installation". However I have been informed that no installations are available in Baltimore and nearby areas. Nobody will answer my email or call back to inform me as to why it is not available or when it can be available. If Best Buy cannot provide the advertised service they should be forthcoming with that info prior to purchase. I spent 5 hours on the phone and my lady friend spent 2.5 hours on the phone and nobody could resolve the issue. Does anybody have an answer?

Still no resolution. AaronG-BBY sent me a link that wants me to pay for installation. My online purchase of the Kenwood DMX4707s has a blue banner that reads " Free installation included".
Is Best Buy going to install it for free as advertised?

Are you looking for more installation than the free install (i.e. steering wheel controls, backup cameras, etc.?)

He apparently is not going to respond. Best Buy has no interest in doing the free install as advertised.

The team doesn't work 24/7 and when they are working they are assisting multiple customers at a time.  If you've replied, please be patient and allow him time to get back to you.
