No delivery, No help!!!

Range delivered today by the three stooges. They announced that they had brought a dryer hose to install my new gas range. No joke. Then after looking at the newly installed gas line they said we are missing a valve on the gas line, so the range cannot be installed until we go buy one, then best buy will return later same day to complete install. Plumber at hardware store said the needed piece is inside the bag of the new gas line kit, the one the stooges left at the store! Obviously best buy did NOT teach installers how to install anything! Called best buy, was assured they would return to install, of course they did NOT. But they left the range, and recorded that the install is complete! They need to come back and pick it up, we will purchase from a store that will actually COMPLETE the job!!!
