No call, no show afterTV delivery and installation confirmed-waited 7 hours

This is insane. My TV delivery and installation was confirmed online and over phone. A seven hour time window. I took off work and waited 7 hours from 1 pm to 8 pm. No call. No show. I called customer service several times and they had no explanation at all. I ordered it a month ago. I scheduled the delivery and install and they didn’t honor that so I waited another 2 weeks. Now this. Unreal.
