No call from Sedgwick claims

Hi!

I initated a claim via BestBuy for water damage and was given a case number and told to expect a call from a claims agent within two business days. Two days was up 24 hours ago, so I'm reaching out rather than waiting for days? weeks? for their call.

While it is unfortunate that you found our community under this circumstance, but I understand why you'd bring this to our attention.  I'd be happy to escalate this matter to my support team, but I'll first need to gather some additional information from you! 

 

In order for me to look into this further for you, I’ll need some additional information. When you can, please send me a private message that includes the following:

 

Your full name
Email address
Phone number
Sedgwick claim number
Order number, or
Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt

Regarding flood damage to our kitchen and dining room due to faulty dishwasher installation:

Thanks to your help, we received a call from Sedgwick and they actually sent out an estimator but I have been trying to reach them by e-mail and phone since then to find out the status but have had no luck. 

We were optimistic that things were going well but are losing faith quickly.

 

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
