I initated a claim via BestBuy for water damage and was given a case number and told to expect a call from a claims agent within two business days. Two days was up 24 hours ago, so I'm reaching out rather than waiting for days? weeks? for their call.

In order for me to look into this further for you, I’ll need some additional information. When you can, please send me a private message that includes the following:
Your full name
Sedgwick claim number
Order number, or
Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt
