No Show

I ordered a freezer about a week ago. Today (4/24), I was supposed to have the freezer delivered between noon-8. At 8:30 my freezer had not been delivered. I also had not received any information on why it wasn’t delivered. I reached out to customer service and was told that the truck had a breakdown, but the freezer would still be here by 10pm. Not a big deal, but I wish someone would have called me, instead of me having to reach out. Well, now it is 10:45 and I still don’t have a freezer. The stores are closed and the customer service number also closed at 10. So now I’m here with no freezer and no idea when it will be delivered. The communication, of lack of, has been awful. Why hasn’t anyone reached out to me to reschedule or even just to let me know that my delivery wasn’t going to be here?

Our intent is to complete deliveries on the scheduled date, and within the arrival window provided during checkout. While unexpected delays may occur, on rare occasions, it is important our customers are informed.
