No Show Appointments - Multiple

Good Day All,

 

I have just experienced my second no show appointment for the installation of an above range microwave.  I was given a four hour window and waited 2.5 hours post window to allow for traffic and special circumstance.  Less than a week earlier, we had a no show appointment followed by an email request to rate our installation service experience.

 

I understand Best Buy uses third party providers for installation.  That is common.  However, it does not make the company immune from responsibility.  They take payment and take our time to register on websites, speak to customer service, sell us additional products....It is their fiduciary responsibility to assure and insure all parts of the transaction.

 

We now have a large box sitting in our kitchen for two weeks waiting to be installed.  We have wasted two work days waiting for a no show appointment.  Our next move is to have the microwave picked-up, and purchase a new one from Home Depot, where, by personal past experience, their dedication to service is superior to Best Buy.

 

Stay away from Total Tech Program.  It is a total farce.  They claim to have a concierge program.  The persons on the other end of the line are nice and professional, but their hands are tied and have made no difference in rectifying the installation issue.  If anything, I feel like the only thing they can do is assauge an angry customers, but not affect the service deficits.

Thank you for being a part of our Best buy Forums. I can understand that having delivery no shows can be difficult. I would be glad to look into your delivery or help however you would like. If you would please Private Message your full name, email and phone number. I would also ask you to advise me if you would want to attempt another delivery at this time.
