No Sedgwick Claim # after 3 months of trying

I've been trying to file a claim with Sedgwick for several months based on the damage caused by an improperly installed wall oven. I've gotten the identical scripted response for months now to my repeated requests, and to this point haven't even been able to initiate a claim much less even get a claim number. I truly feel this is an intentional strategy written into the Best Buy/Sedgwick business model. Wear down the customer with repeated delays until they give up and go away. This is insane! Sedgwick being so utterly unresponsive is bad enough, but this reflects more poorly on Best Buy when people think they won't stand behind their products or service. Is there ANYONE with Best Buy that can help with this insanity??!!
