No Response to Delivery Issue

11 weeks ago, Best Buy "attempted" to deliver an item. They actually ended up leaving my property without even making contact with the house; however, they did make sure to run over my mailbox before leaving. I've been back and forth with Sedgwick since then, but have had radio silence from my assigned adjuster since mid-October and from anyone at all for the past week and a half. Last I heard, the matter would be escalated and someone would reach out to me in 1-2 business days (it's been over a week). Does anyone exist that can help me be compensated for destruction of my property? I'm extremely frustrated at this point.

Having had quite a few deliveries to my home, I can only imagine your surprise to see your mailbox on it's side after this vehicle had left.
