I purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy that was installed on 11/20 by Best Buy. One of the water hoses was not hooked up properly and flooded my house. Best Buy told me that I should receive a call from Sedgwick Claims within 24 hours to begin a claim for my damages. It is now 5 days later and I have not received any calls. A search on your forums here reveals many cases similar to mine.
How can I expedite this process so that I can get compensated for my damages?
