No Delivery, No installation

I bought a washer machine, I received a delivery timeframe. Nobody showed up, nobody called me. I have beens calling and they just open cases and provide me a number.
First I had a time frame to receive the product, then the washer machine was not in the warehouse, today they said we need to fill a form to have the washer machine delivered. It is a Joke.
The installation, I already gave up, they sell something and when we complain they say, we don’t have installers. If you sell on your web page you should be responsible.
I used to buy just eletronics and it was my first and last experience with this company.

I am still waiting for my dishwasher, but I was already charged by BestBuy.

The solution from this channel was they don't have something they sold.

No options, no forecast about the delivery, nothing.
I am paying for something I haven't received and the answer is ...

We don't have it in our inventory.

 

it is such a pain.
