Ordered an LG S90QY on New Year's Eve and decided to get it delivered/installed since I have TotalTech. Apparently that was a big mistake.
It was scheduled to be delivered to me on Tuesday (yesterday) between an 8 hour window. Super vague but whatever, I decided to stay home for the day. I received a text that morning saying that it was STILL on schedule to be delivered/installed that morning so I figured they'd give me a call and let me know as that noon - 8pm window approached. Once 6pm hit, I contact Best Buy and they said I would need to reschedule out of nowhere, but I can't do it until the next day. Called them again this morning, said to call in the afternoon. Called in the afternoon, was put on hold for 20 minutes (was told it'd only be 3 - 5) and then hung up on.
I just want this addressed. I know Best Buy mentioned another company is contracted to deliver/install. Do I need to talk to them too?!
At this point, I wish I saved my money on TotalTech and just did all this myself. It's cost me time and actual money (wasted PTO).

Of course, I need to add here what I see everyone else saying on these forums. People on the support line will SAY they will call you back, and then never do. Most frustrating thing ever.

As a person who has had items delivered, I can see how not having your appointment go as planned, is not ideal. I can also understand how not being able to get that scheduled right away and having to call back, is not a situation that you would hope to have to endure either.
