Nightmare Delivery Experience

Ordered a Bosch fridge and haul away of our former fridge. Nowhere did it ask what kind of fridge we have. They delivered the fridge on 11/19. The crew of 2 men in a rented truck were new. They told us they couldn’t haul away our old fridge bc it was subzero so they needed a 4 man crew. Then they were in a rush to drop off our new fridge. My husband told them it would never fit up the stairs with the doors on and said they should take them off first. They refused. In the process of bringing the fridge up the stairs they destroyed not only the entire fridge but our walls as well. They told us to leave the fridge and Best Buy would drop off a new one very quickly. They then bolted out of here. Been calling Customer service for 2 days now and the earliest they can do the haul away is 11/27 and delivery and exchange of the Bosch fridge is 11/30! We have contractors coming on Monday to gut our kitchen. They’ll now have to work around 2 non functioning fridges and I’ll have to pay them to come back to install the new fridge. Oh and I’ll need to get a painter in here to fix my walls. Best Buy sucks! Last time I ever purchase from them! 😡🤬

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums and reaching out to us regarding this delivery experience. Having had several appliances delivered to my home, I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have multiple refrigerators in my home that I couldn't used. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would be glad to see how I may be able to assist you.
