New order

On July 26, I went to Best Biy in Rockford to purchase a TV stand and make arrangements to have it delivered and my new 55 inch TV set up.  I had purchased the TV back the end of February and was going to get it set up in a couple of weeks when the virus shut everything down for weeks.  Well,, today was the fourth time I had to reschedule the service,  when I asked why it was taking so long., the person said that the order was on hold and she released it today.  Now I have to wait another two weeks or probably longer to get all this set up.  I have already waited 2 weeks.  Not a happy customer at this point.  She wasn’t very pleasant about making the new service appointment and said that I should ask for some compensation in regards to this matter.  Maybe I should just go into the store and talk to the manager about returning everything and go somewhere else.  I don’t think I even got any reward points for what I spent.  

What do you suggest I do at this time or just  wait and see if the appointment is changed again.  It best not be changed or I will really be upset.

Welcome to our forums.  I know how disappointing it can be when a service is delayed or rescheduled, and I’m sorry to hear this has happened to your TV setup service a few times now.
