I ordered Apple Watch on dec 14 2021 , choosen fast shipping option b shipt, please t has shown delivered by 9 pm same day later changed to 10 PM , after that shown delived I check my entire building, mail box and posted in my community group anybody received. Finally concluded it’s not delivered, called next day Best Buy for reship , they said it’s will arrive soon , no response got text order cancelled , later asked for refund they said yes we do will take two to three days after that I did multiple followups they finally said it’s refunded check with PayPal, spoken with PayPal and raised dispute bill , they reached out bestbuy and Best Buy responded it’s delivered and shared the tracking number , I have requested Best Buy proof of delivery , they said it’s not uploaded they don’t have it and as per back end team response as follows

Bestbuy and carrier both are saying they aren’t responsible for missing delivery
filed the case and shared the case number, police said can’t do much help as our community don’t have video serveillance
As per one polite customer care guy came to know Best Buy won’t return or reship for missing deliveries Best Buy simply looted my hard earned money without out delivery proof just showing tracking number and saying check with carrier , carrier is saying work with Best Buy they are not responsible for missing deliveries
Who is responsible me ????
We buy product by trusting Best Buy .I would suggest people buy from retailers having best customer policy and long return policy.
Don’t loose your hard earned money by these company favored policy companies.
They dragged my case for three months , along with money I lost my valuable time and mental peace.
They lied many times it’s refunded.
I don’t know what to do, I never missed the package from other retailers in my life and they always customer friendly and responsible for our valuable money
I bought this watch as part price match , they never matched it at least I will get that money back if they match price at that time I have chat history for that
Is it worth to reach a {removed per forum guidelines}? I don’t know how many people suffered like this
