Never delivered and no call

I ordered a kitchen set February 19th at the time of this order they did not have the range in stock, no big deal I knew we could wait. I scheduled the delivery for today April 20th someone even called on Friday to confirm the delivery for today. Well here we are 2pm and no range. I called and they informed me they still did not have it in stock but no explanation as to why I never so much as received a call stating it wouldn’t be delivered, instead I waited around all day for something they don’t even have. To make matters worse they next delivery date available is June 20th two more months away, so I’ll be waiting four months in total on a range that is if it even shows up then. The only thing he could say is sorry we have other ones to chose from though as if anyone wants a range that doesn’t match the rest of the set. This is ridiculous! Had I have known it would be like this I would’ve never ordered but here I am stuck waiting because we’ve already got the rest of the set and it isn’t returnable now. I’m most upset at the fact no one felt the need to even call and inform me it wouldn’t be here, why call and confirm an appointment if you don’t even have the item?

Buying any kind of appliance is a big deal, and I know that communication is key when a delay may come up with this kind of order. I hate to hear that you're still waiting on your range today, and I can imagine you've been looking forward to finally completing your kitchen set with its arrival.
