Never buy anything from Best Buy that needs to be installed or delivered

I am 66 years old and this is the worst company I have ever dealth with.  Literally over 20 calls and 2 missed appointments for an icemaker and still ready to do all but cry.  

 

First appt they forgot to get the icemaker and had to cancel after I sceduled a day off for it and lost that money.  Than waited 6 hours and they never showed again.  In the process went into the worst on hold system ever that makes you wait.  If you ask for a call back you never get it so you have to wait 30 mins to an hour.  They called aftewr the no show and said the tech had it on a truck but wouldnt respond.  

 

So that was another day of no pay.  Costing me 3x more for lost wages then the icemaker!  And still no closer.  Tried to say the he** with it and just deliver and we would hire someone else to do it.  That takes an act of congress.  So I feel totally helpless and at the mercy of the worst company on the planet.

I hope so! However, I’ve gotten 2 text with 2 different delivery confirmations. One for 8/1 between 7am-1pm and a 2nd text for a 8/2 delivery 7am - 1pm. Which one is it?
