I purchased an Apple Watch from Bestbuy website on 24th March and BestBuy guranteed one day delivery. But Neither did I get the watch nor did I receive my refund. I have been contacing BestBuy customerService since then and each agent has been guaranting that the watch will be delivered but the delivery date by them kept changing to next day. Finally after lossing patience they agreed to give me refund and the product showed delivered but the city was different than where I live. BestBuy cancelled by refund saying it was delivered. But I complained back saying it was never delivered to me the delivery too clearly stated other city. Now I am just waiting for my refund. Each agent guarantees me that they have escalated the matter and I shall receive refund soon but I have still not received it. I feel like I've been extremely patient but my patience is just about to run out.
