Needing Assistance with Private Message That Has Not Been Read

Not sure if and whom this can be re-directed to since this was previously been overseen by Jarrett but I have not received a response from him with several recently privately sent messages regarding ongoing issues with both my claim and an appliance that has a reoccurence of an issue (with temperature setting being selected cold, but dispensing hot water).

Not sure how this has been viewed 78 times over two weeks and no one has given me the coutesey of a follow-up. 

 

Requesting a follow-up since previous MOD had asked me to reach back out to him if there were any further issues and I did so as instructed and now now receiving any sort of response. There probably should not be an open invitation to reach out if any further issues continue if you there is no actual intention of following up on the matter.

 

Please contact me soon as washer is dispensing hot water when cold water is selected on the cycle. This is a the second time that this issue has occured since installation in October.
