Can somebody please get me to someone in management in the Central Fl area. Best Buy had a glich in their system which canceled my scheduled delivery and now we have to wait another week for an available time that they can come.
Why should we be the ones that are unconvienced when it was their fault??
As a long time customer, I'll tell u this. We will never set foot in a Best Buy store again if dont hear from somebody on this. And we plan on getting a full refund and walking away from the purchase which was over 2000.00..
