Need refund. TV delivered to wrong address

I got a good deal on a new TV for the holidays. I was excited to have it delivered when I got the text that the agent is on the way. Still waiting for the agent to show up with my TV. My order says it was delivered but it sure wasn't to the right house. I've called customer service about 20 times saying they're going to escalate the situation for investigation. I was told I would receive an email and a phone call...still waiting on those as well. How does Best Buy not have a verification system for in-home deliveries to make sure you're with the right customer. Shame on the people that accepted it too. I won't be recommending home deliveries from Best Buy. I just want a refund for the TV that was never delivered to me.
