Need help with dishwasher delivery

Hello, I ordered a new dishwasher, fridge, and range from Best Buy. The dishwasher was supposed to be delivered in 9/26, but it arrived damaged. The installers took the dishwasher back, and took my old dishwasher away too at my request (it was broken anyway). I cannot get a new delivery scheduled. Every time I call they say they can't schedule it because the other damaged dishwasher is still "in transit". They put a ticket in, or escalate it, but no progress is made. I need some help getting this resolved, as it has become a significant burden for me, and there seems to be no end in sight. They "in transit" issue has been stagnant for 6 days, please help me.

I am so excited to get my new dishwasher on Friday, thank you for your help!

Any word on the new fridge door?

Also, if my new dishwasher arrives damaged again, what is the proper way to get it resolved?

Good Afternoon, Sarah.

 

I checked in on your order, and it looks like everything should be good to go. I am so happy for you to get your dishwasher! I am still waiting for more information regarding the fridge. I had to reach out to my business partners. I am hoping to have more information later this afternoon. 

 

If there is an issue with your dishwasher, you can certainly reach back out to me. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be out of the office for the next three days. You can either send me a message, and I will see it on Sunday. However, for faster resolution, you can also visit the store to have them look into the order. Hopefully, that won't be necessary.

 

If I do not have answers about the door to the fridge before I head out today, I will reach back out to you on Sunday.
